Apply professional expertise in total rewards, job evaluation, and workforce analytics to support AI research and evaluation
Create structured content reflecting compensation frameworks, benefits programs, and job classification methodologies
Review and refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, compliance, and clarity
Collaborate asynchronously with research teams while working independently
Qualification
Required
Strong full-time professional experience in compensation, benefits, or job analysis roles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills for policy, analytical, and technical content
Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported)
Comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based environment
