Responsibilities
Perform routine production functions including filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products
Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
Conduct in-process quality checks and complete all required quality documentation
Assist with product and equipment changeovers
Support basic equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Keep machinery and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Accurately record production data, scrap, and waste
Identify and report production or quality issues to leadership
Participate in continuous improvement activities
Support team communication and smooth shift handoffs
Work overtime as needed to meet production demands
Qualification
Required
Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days
Prior manufacturing or industrial experience required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and instructions
Willingness to rotate between tasks and responsibilities
Background check required prior to start
