Responsibilities
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Atrial Fibrillation & Cardiac Ablation
Support medical education, evidence strategy, and clinical discussions
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, physicians, healthcare systems, and medical thought leaders
Provide medical and scientific information to internal teams and external stakeholders
Coordinate medical education programs, workshops, and continuing education initiatives
Support identification and collaboration with clinical trial sites
Manage projects in a matrix environment and work cross-functionally
Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries related to marketed products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree + 4 years of relevant experience
OR Advanced degree (MS/PhD/PharmD/MD) + 2 years of experience
Strong background in Medical Affairs
Strong background in Medical Education
Strong background in Evidence Strategy
Strong background in Cardiology / Atrial Fibrillation
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Strong project management experience
Preferred
Experience working with Medical Devices
Prior Medtronic or large MedTech exposure
Experience working in a remote / matrix organization
