This role is responsible for overseeing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
Manage all phases of municipal and commercial construction projects
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project
Administer project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders in Procore
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and local codes
Lead project meetings and provide clear, consistent reporting to stakeholders
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Project Manager on municipal and commercial construction projects
Strong working knowledge of MS Project and Procore
Solid understanding of construction methods, contracts, and scheduling
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Preferred
Experience working with public agencies and municipalities
