4 years of Product/Business Analysis experience
2 years of experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
Hands-on HRSD configuration experience
Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
ServiceNow System Admin Certification
Preferred
Additional certifications in ServiceNow
Experience in HR COEs support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
