They are seeking a Qualified Plan Administrator to manage and administer qualified retirement plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide exceptional support to clients and partners.
Responsibilities
Managing and administering qualified retirement plans
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Maintaining accurate plan records
Preparing annual reports
Coordinating plan audits
Assisting in the development of retirement plan strategies
Providing exceptional support to clients and partners
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of retirement plan administration, regulatory compliance, and plan documents
Proficiency in financial planning concepts, income tax optimization, estate tax strategy, and investment strategies
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
Proficiency in using financial planning tools, software, and standard office applications
Preferred
Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) or other similar certifications are a plus
Experience in personalized estate and retirement planning, including 401k management and IRA strategies, is highly desirable
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
