Research Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage multiple research and programmatic projects from initiation through completion, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and reporting
Coordinate study start-up activities, including regulatory submissions, IRB processes, and institutional approvals, in collaboration with research compliance offices
Support grant-funded projects by tracking deliverables, progress reports, and funding timelines in partnership with investigators and grants administration
Facilitate cross-functional communication among faculty, research staff, trainees, and institutional stakeholders
Assist with financial tasks, including budget tracking and purchasing
Create SOPs and manage data collection, entry, and organization
Support data analysis, as well as the preparation of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and other research outputs
Coordinate meetings, retreats, and events, including agenda development, logistics, and follow-up action items related to key research priorities
Lead the research Center’s communication and social media activities, including developing and executing communication plans
Create and curate scientific and research related content for website updates, newsletters, emails, social media, and research briefs to ensure consistent and effective messaging
Support planning, coordination, and promotion of Connors Center research events and initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study
Program Management Experience 2-3 years
Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks, manage timelines, and drive results
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with medical professionals, faculty, and staff at all levels

Preferred

Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only
Emergency Medical Technician - Paramedic [Massachusetts] - Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services
