Responsibilities

Deliver accurate forecasting and reporting on net adds, churn, and volume activity using Excel and Power BI
Analyse churn patterns and behaviours to develop proactive retention strategies
Evaluate sales and marketing performance to identify growth opportunities and optimise go-to-market approaches
Drive ARPU and margin growth by analysing customer cohorts, cost structures, and value drivers
Develop predictive models for churn and upgrade propensity to inform targeted initiatives
Collaborate with data, finance, and digital teams to centralise data requirements and enhance analytics capability
Ensure robust data governance and quality standards across all reporting and modelling activities
Monitor and report on core metrics to support commercial, sales, and marketing teams in achieving strategic objectives

Required

Proven experience in advanced analytics, forecasting, and performance reporting within a B2B or Enterprise environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or similar platforms)
Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
Highly analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

Preferred

Experience in telecoms, IT, or service-based industries
Knowledge of data governance principles and predictive modelling techniques
Familiarity with ARPU, margin analysis, and customer lifetime value modelling
