Responsibilities
Own daily scheduling and coverage for caregivers
Address last-minute caregiver call-outs with urgency
Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families
Perform administrative duties (documentation, data entry, coordination)
Work up to 25 hours per week in clients’ homes when coverage is needed
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Reliable and highly organized
Ownership of scheduling, communication, and coverage
Execution, responsiveness, and accountability
Comfortable working up to 25 hours per week in clients' homes
Comfortable handling urgent scheduling issues
Able to follow written instructions and complete tasks without reminders
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
Must complete screening questions to be considered
Experience managing schedules where full coverage was critical
Ability to handle a last-minute caregiver call-out
Experience working directly in clients' homes
Ability to manage high call volume while staying organized
Familiarity with systems or tools for scheduling or documentation
Comfortable with the $18.50/hour pay rate
Commitment to the mandatory training schedule (Feb 9–13, 2026, 10:00 AM–4:30 PM) with no exceptions
