They are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Healthcare Operations Coordinator to provide critical support for daily operations and ensure seamless communication and efficient workflows across teams and partner facilities.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure efficient coordination of patient care services
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams and contracted facilities for patient-related and administrative needs
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
Maintain calendars, coordinate schedules, appointments, and related communications across multiple platforms
Support onboarding and ongoing collaboration with new and existing facilities
Assist with billing and medication prior authorization processes as needed to support both administrative and clinical operations
Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth workflows and a high level of service
Contribute to team coverage to sustain smooth and continuous operations
Perform additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs
Qualification
Required
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy is required
Exceptional accuracy in data entry and documentation
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with empathy, professionalism, and clarity in every interaction
Highly proactive with the ability to work independently, manage complex workloads, and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred
Basic knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and medical records management is a plus
Prior experience in a medical facility, or in the mental health or substance use disorder field is a plus, but not required
Some college education is preferred
