VP of Global Sales
neuco is a fast-growing technology business developing advanced wireless communications solutions for the drone and unmanned systems market. The Vice President of Global Sales will lead worldwide revenue growth and scale the company’s commercial organization, focusing on driving major OEM platform wins and expanding strategic customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver global revenue growth across OEM, defense, and autonomy customers
Lead the most strategic and complex customer engagements, from early pursuit through production scale
Secure platform-level design-ins that convert into long-term, high-volume programs
Build, mentor, and scale a world-class global sales organization
Establish disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and deal governance processes
Partner closely with engineering and product leadership to align customer demand with roadmap priorities
Develop senior-level relationships with executives, technical leaders, and key decision-makers across the industry
Qualification
Required
Lead worldwide revenue growth and scale the company's commercial organization

Expand strategic customer relationships
Support the transition from early-stage programs into long-term production deployments
Work closely with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
Manage execution across key opportunities
Build a high-performing global sales function

Preferred
10+ years of experience in B2B hardware or advanced technology sales, with deep OEM exposure
Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder platform design-in deals
Background in drones, robotics, autonomy, defense, or adjacent high-tech markets
Strong executive presence and ability to engage effectively with CEOs, CTOs, engineers, and procurement teams
Highly hands-on, disciplined, and data-driven approach to sales leadership
