Responsibilities

Investigate engineering issues potentially impacting safety and/or regulatory compliance by analyzing cross-functional data sources with Investigations, Product Safety, Technical Compliance, and Field Quality Investigations team
Manage issues using the company's global process for determining the necessity of market action
Clearly communicate status to FQA management and facilitate cross-functional discussions
Regular collaboration with cross-functional groups for issue investigation, including but not limited to R&D, Field Quality Investigations, Overseas Chief Quality Engineer, Supplier Management Engineering, and Legal

Engineering experienceBachelor's degreeData analysisCross-functional collaborationCommunication skills

Required

1-3+ years of directly related professional-level Engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in a related Engineering field
