Plan and coordinate testing activities across projects and global teams
Align testing scope, schedules, and resources with project stakeholders
Monitor test execution and consolidate results from all regions
Manage defect tracking, reporting, and triage coordination
Ensure consistency in testing tools, processes, and quality standards
Report testing status, risks, and metrics to management

Required

Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial or related field
4 years of experience in software testing, QA, or test coordination roles
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle
Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional, multinational teams
Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills
Fluent English & French
