Customer Service Representative
Baja Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a positive experience when reaching out to the agency by responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Assist clients with new quotes, updating policies, payments, and other services
Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
Maintain detailed records of client interactions

Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive customer service
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of insurance products
High school diploma/GED required
Excellent customer service skills
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software applications
