Responsibilities
Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Assist in asset creation and delivers work they’re proud of
Has a strong strategic sense and can concept against a creative brief
Stay current on latest industry trends
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables
Assist creative lead in research and presentation materials
Present work internally and is occasionally introduces to present to the client
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
3 – 5 years art directing for an advertising or marketing agency
Exceptional portfolio that includes strong art direction and conceptual thinking
Strong command of standard design and layout applications
Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape
