Business Development Center (BDC) Manager

Shottenkirk Automotive Group is a family-owned business operating 27 automotive dealerships across 6 states. The Business Development Center (BDC) Manager is responsible for hiring and training representatives to schedule appointments for potential buyers, manage leads, and support the sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute outbound internet and phone campaigns
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service forecasts
Manage and track all leads
Ensure all leads are followed up with in a timely manner
Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
Collect and analyze business metrics
Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealership’s goals
Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
