Wealth Management Operations Assistant
Stronghold Financial is a boutique wealth management practice seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Part-Time Operations & Client Service Assistant to support the operational backbone of the firm. This role is essential to ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate reporting and billing, timely client service, and ongoing compliance support.
Responsibilities
Manage new client onboarding from start to finish
Prepare and submit account opening paperwork and supporting documentation
Handle client service requests, including withdrawals, transfers, and account updates
Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone regarding operational matters
Prepare trade-related paperwork and assist with implementation logistics
Serve as a liaison with custodians and platform providers
Track account activity and follow up on pending operational items
Assist with client reporting and performance materials
Support billing processes and fee calculations
Maintain organized digital records and documentation
Assist with compliance-related tasks and documentation
Ensure internal procedures are followed accurately and consistently
Support and maintain operational workflows and checklists
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in wealth management, RIA, broker-dealer, or financial services operations is required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable handling confidential client and financial information
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Self-directed, reliable, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote environment
