Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and tools
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team towards achieving targets
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of the automotive sales industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Previous experience in sales management or automotive industry is a plus
