Coordinating with design, production, and clients to ensure project success
Assisting with the set-up and tear-down of exhibit rentals
Preparing proposals in PowerPoint (PPT)
Creating quotes and checklists for client projects
Traveling to execute projects and ensure client satisfaction
Developing new partnerships to expand business opportunities
Managing monthly revenue and ensuring it aligns with business goals
Creating and presenting monthly and quarterly departmental reports to evaluate KPIs and areas of improvement
