Investment Management
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end blockchain projects including planning, execution, and delivery
Coordinate cross-functional teams: developers, designers, QA, marketing, and stakeholders
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Translate technical blockchain concepts into clear tasks and documentation
Monitor risks, dependencies, and project performance
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
Communicate progress, blockers, and results to leadership
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in blockchain, crypto, or fintech
Strong understanding of blockchain concepts (DeFi, smart contracts, tokens, wallets, exchanges)
Experience working with remote and distributed teams
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with technical teams and developers
Preferred
Experience with Web3 startups
Hands-on experience with crypto products or platforms
Understanding of smart contract development lifecycle
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
