Assisting with the review and development of training materials, guides, and resources
Supporting the scheduling and delivery of internal software training sessions
Participating in projects that improve training efficiency and user experience
Collaborating with team members to strengthen program content and training processes
Qualification
Required
Junior or senior level college hours with a major in General Business, Education, Real Estate or a related field
Brings a curious mindset, strong organization, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow
Comfortable using tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word, and open to exploring new technologies that support team productivity
Communicates clearly and enjoys helping others, whether through teaching, training, or general support
Excited about opportunities at the intersection of education, technology, and real estate, and motivated to contribute to meaningful work
Ability to follow a hybrid in office schedule, working part-time hours during Spring 2026 and full-time during Summer 2026
