Responsibilities
Forge strong, collaborative relationships with key clients and internal teams to orchestrate a seamless order-to-delivery process
Analyze critical KPIs such as in-stocks, fill rates, and forecast accuracy to optimize store-level inventory performance
Lead meetings with clients to align on promotional schedules, inventory strategies, and new category initiatives
Leverage your analytical skills to identify challenges and develop innovative customer solutions that set new standards
Qualification
Required
A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Supply Chain
Proven experience in a supply chain role, ideally with client-facing responsibilities
Fluency in both English and French
Proficiency in Excel is essential; knowledge of SAP and Retail Link is a strong asset
