Responsibilities
Coordinate a team of architects, engineers and designers and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, organize tasks, and lead teams or projects
Proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and civil engineering with a primary focus on datacenter design
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams in dynamic environments

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or technical program management + OR equivalent experience
2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or technical program management + OR equivalent experience
6+ years' experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
8+ years' experience in project management, engineering, specific to mission critical or datacenter environments + OR equivalent experience
Geotechnical engineering experience preferred
