Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle development from greenfield through to COD for data center and utility-scale power generation projects
Lead a team of junior developers to develop large-scale data center projects
Identify and pursue new development opportunities, evaluating markets and business models to grow the project pipeline
Assist with building and expanding the land development strategy for the organization
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience leading the full cycle development of data centers and/or utility-scale power projects across multiple ISOs
3+ years of direct data center development experience - development, design and construction
Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects from conception to commercial operation
Experience building and managing relationships across enterprise clients, utilities, and project partners
