Required

Bachelor's degree required
5 or more years' experience in human services with at least 2 years' experience overseeing and directing development, implementation and evaluation of human services programs
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational, administrative and communication skills
Knowledge of management and supervisory techniques and best practices
Knowledge of funding agency regulations/requirements
Must have demonstrated computer literacy
Ability to work independently and exercise authority when necessary
Ability to provide on-call support
Must have satisfactory background checks, may be required to be a signer on financial accounts
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
