They are seeking a Safety & Quality Assurance Coordinator to protect the workforce, maintain relationships with clients and trade partners, and ensure project quality and safety compliance.

Responsibilities
Conduct regular jobsite safety inspections and audits
Assist in enforcing company safety policies and OSHA compliance
Support project teams with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and site-specific safety plans
Track and document safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training records
Investigate incidents and near-misses; assist with corrective action implementation
Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices on all project sites
Maintain safety documentation for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure work meets plans, specs, and company standards
Photo/Video document job progress and final completion
Assist project teams in developing and managing QA/QC checklists
Track deficiencies and coordinate follow-up with field teams and subcontractors
Support punch list development and closeout processes
Maintain documentation of inspections, testing reports, and compliance records
Help ensure materials and installations meet contract requirements
Maintain safety and QA logs, reports, and documentation systems
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on corrective actions
Assist in preconstruction planning related to safety and quality requirements
Support regulatory inspections and client audits
Monitor subcontractor compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare Closeout Documents and Logs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in commercial construction (field or safety/QA role preferred)
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Experience with QA/QC processes in commercial construction a plus
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Clean Driving Record and ability to travel to multiple job sites daily
Preferred
OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
