Senior LevelPamTen Inc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise application initiatives across business critical platforms. The role involves managing CRM, Salesforce, and eCommerce projects while ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and adherence to project methodologies.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects using Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies
Drive strong stakeholder engagement, acting as the primary point of contact between business, IT, vendors, and leadership
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Support global teams, including EMEA stakeholders, coordinating across time zones as required
Oversee projects involving Salesforce CRM, CRM integrations, and eCommerce platforms
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and trackers using Smart sheets
Ensure projects are delivered in alignment with established processes, governance standards, and controls
Identify and manage scope changes and additional requirements, ensuring proper impact analysis and approvals
Create, maintain, and present governance artifacts, including:
Project plans and schedules
RAID logs
Status reports and executive dashboards
Change requests and decision logs
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
Proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading and delivering enterprise application initiatives across business critical platforms
Strong stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams, including EMEA support
Hands-on experience managing CRM, Salesforce, and eCommerce projects
Ability to manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Experience in overseeing projects involving Salesforce CRM, CRM integrations, and eCommerce platforms
Ability to develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and trackers using Smart sheets
Experience in ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with established processes, governance standards, and controls
Ability to identify and manage scope changes and additional requirements, ensuring proper impact analysis and approvals
Experience in creating, maintaining, and presenting governance artifacts, including project plans and schedules, RAID logs, status reports and executive dashboards, change requests and decision logs
Ability to facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews
Proactive communication of risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans
Preferred
PMP certification or similar formal Project Management training
