Job Developer
Queens Community House (QCH) is a dynamic, multi‑site nonprofit organization serving the diverse communities of Queens. The Job Developer will support youth ages 14–24 through work-readiness training, career exploration, and employer engagement.

Responsibilities
Recruit and enroll youth participants into employment opportunities
Build, maintain, and expand a job bank and hiring opportunity dashboard
Monitor workforce trends and employer needs
Conduct career assessments and facilitate monthly job retention clubs
Support participants in developing professional skills, attitudes, and workplace behavior
Assist youth in setting and achieving career and educational goals
Complete required documentation, data entry, and reporting
Conduct employer worksite visits to monitor participant progress and work environment
Facilitate orientations, service learning sessions, and workshops
Provide additional program support and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, Social Work, Human Resources, or related field preferred (Relevant experience may substitute for education)
Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth, preferably in workforce development
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
Employer engagement, sales, or business outreach experience a plus
Experience facilitating workshops or training sessions preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus
