Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable GenAI platform services and APIs
Build backend systems using object-oriented languages such as Java, C++, or C#
Develop Python services and pipelines for GenAI workflows and model integration
Implement agent-based architectures and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI)
Integrate and manage vector databases for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
Deploy and operate workloads on cloud platforms, with preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to productionize AI solutions
Optimize performance, scalability, observability, and reliability of GenAI systems
Ensure secure, compliant, and well-architected solutions
Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong traditional software engineering background with API and platform development
Expertise in at least one object-oriented language: Java, C++, or C#
Strong Python development experience
2–3+ years of recent hands-on experience working with Generative AI systems
Practical experience with: Large Language Models (open-source or commercial)
Agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph)
Vector databases / stores (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, Milvus, etc.)
RAG pipelines and embedding models
Experience building production ML/AI systems
Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API design
CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Preferred
Cloud engineering experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)
Experience fine-tuning or training LLMs
Experience with model serving frameworks (Triton, Ray Serve, KServe)
GCP services such as Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, or GKE
Experience with streaming systems (Kafka, Pub/Sub)
Security, compliance, and governance in AI systems
MLOps tooling and workflows
