Responsibilities

Design and execute the company’s end-to-end go-to-market strategy from scratch
Define ICPs, pricing hypotheses, positioning, and early sales motions
Secure early design partners and customers, structure pilots, and convert traction into repeatable revenue
Serve as the voice of the market, partnering closely with the CEO and product team to inform roadmap and positioning
Build and close strategic partnerships to accelerate distribution and adoption across key verticals
Establish early commercial processes, feedback loops, and success metrics to support scale
Own early enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, from first conversation to close

Required

5+ years of experience building and executing go-to-market strategies
Proven success in 0→1 environments, either at early-stage startups or launching new product lines at larger companies
Strong experience selling into enterprise buyers with long, consultative sales cycles
Deep technical fluency — able to explain complex technical concepts to sophisticated buyers
Background selling into payments, fintech, AI, security, supply chain, or healthcare environments
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous, unstructured environments and define what 'good' looks like

Preferred

Existing network of decision-makers in payments, fintech, crypto, or AI agent ecosystems
Experience selling innovative or net-new technologies (security, crypto, AI infrastructure) to enterprises
Track record of partnership-led growth and ecosystem development
