Responsibilities
Handle discovery, depositions, and court appearances in civil defense matters
Manage caseloads with minimal guidance, including strategy, motions, and trial preparation
Defend clients in high-stakes litigation, such as personal injury, employment discrimination, and professional liability cases
Collaborate with experienced partners on aggressive defense tactics for insurance companies, corporations, municipalities, and select individual clients
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in civil defense litigation, or 5+ years as a litigation attorney
Able to take on work with minimal guidance
Trial experience with depositions and appearing in court
Strong attention to detail and emotional maturity
Preferred
Experience in professional liability is a plus
