Identify, architect, and implement long-term automation solutions for ambiguous problems
Build test tools and frameworks to maintain product health and long-term stability
Define long-term quality-driven roadmaps aligned with business goals
Identify improvements in existing processes and drive resolutions
Mentor engineers and ensure technical solutions align with organizational strategies
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
8 years of experience in software automation (UI and/or Integration), but candidates with less experience will be considered if they possess the right skills
Expertise in JavaScript is essential
Strong soft skills and the ability to work independently
Preferred
Computer science degree is a plus but not required
Experience as a Software Developer Engineer in Test (SDET)
Experience mentoring cross-functional engineers
