Responsibilities
Manage general ledger accounting and account reconciliations
Perform project accounting and job cost accounting for design projects
Track project time, budgets, and profitability
Assist with product procurement, tracking and installation
Oversee accounts payable, vendor and trade partner payments
Manage accounts receivable, client billing, and communications
Assist with year-end close and audit preparation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance OR
5+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant, Project Accountant, or Staff Accountant
Strong knowledge of job costing and revenue recognition
Proficiency with Sage, QuickBooks, Studio Designer, Design Smart, or similar accounting software
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Experience in interior design, architecture, construction, or professional services accounting
