Clubhouse Attendant

Castle Group is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant to oversee the check-in of Residents and their Guests at the Village at Entrada Clubhouse. The role involves providing exemplary customer service and ensuring proper procedures for wristband distribution are followed.

Responsibilities

Greets Residents and their Guests as they arrive at the Clubhouse
Checks in Residents and their Guests and ensuring that all individuals are in possession of an Association Wristband
Provide Wristbands to any Residents or Guests who have not yet received them
Properly record new wristband numbers and report to Management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience preferred
Strong customer service skills required
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time
Handle, grasp and lift objects and packages
Reach with hands and arms
Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word
Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions
Complete all required forms

Preferred

One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience
Multiple language fluency is desirable
