Law Practice
Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from sign-up through resolution
Maintain and organize case files, deadlines, and records
Communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys
Draft correspondence, demands, pleadings, and routine legal documents
Request, review, and track medical records, bills, and liens
Assist attorneys with litigation and pre-litigation case preparation
Perform general case management tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of case management procedures and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a full caseload independently
Proficient in basic office technology and legal software
A degree from an accredited institution
Preferred
Significant paralegal experience preferred, but not required
Spanish-speaking bilingual is a strong plus
Formal paralegal certification is not required, but is a plus
