Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to define product goals, success metrics, and tradeoffs; translate ambiguous inputs into clear problem statements; contribute to product vision, roadmap, and prioritization decisions
Own and maintain backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps; write clear requirements and acceptance criteria; collaborate with engineering and design to deliver valuable software; make timely decisions to unblock teams; validate solutions through feedback, iteration, and measurement
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders; communicate decisions, progress, and risks clearly and proactively; support stakeholder presentations and product demos to share progress and learnings
Stay current on emerging technologies (including AI use cases); support research and experimentation to identify where AI can accelerate discovery, delivery, or operations; contribute to team learning and healthy adoption
Document product decisions, assumptions, and tradeoffs; operate effectively within governance and constraints; anticipate delivery, technical, and organizational risks and raise them early
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years of product management experience building software with cross-functional teams
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Ability to travel up to 50% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred
Experience using GenAI to accelerate the product development process
Prior experience with consulting or working with Fortune 500 size companies
