Remote Virtual Assistant
KAPITALCOMPANY is a remote-first business support company serving US-based executives and small businesses. They are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide proactive assistance in managing calendars, communications, and operational tasks to help leaders focus on high-impact work.

Responsibilities
Manage executive calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings across time zones, and proactively resolve conflicts
Own inbox triage and email correspondence: prioritize messages, draft responses, and flag action items for follow-up
Coordinate virtual meetings and events—prepare agendas, manage invites, share materials, and take concise notes
Handle travel booking, expense reporting, and vendor coordination with accuracy and adherence to policy
Maintain CRM records and perform basic data entry to keep contact and pipeline information current
Support ad-hoc operational tasks: document management, process tracking, and light project coordination
