Proficiency in Program Management with the ability to oversee and align multiple initiatives
Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project success, and optimize processes
Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
A deep passion for community, grassroots organizing and collaborative initiatives
Desire to make spaces better than how it was found when they began their work
Preferred
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
