Sales Manager
Kredete is a financial technology platform designed to help African immigrants build credit and send money instantly to over 30 African countries. They are seeking a hands-on, innovative Sales Manager to lead their sales team, focusing on generating new opportunities and building strong customer relationships while achieving challenging targets.

Responsibilities
Collaborate cross-functionally to support territory planning, campaign execution, and other strategic revenue initiatives
Implement scalable outreach strategies and prospecting best practices across phone, email, and social channels
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–8 SDRs to achieve and exceed pipeline generation goals. Actively coach deals in flight, join customer calls, and dig into discovery, deal strategy, and close plans
Own team quota attainment, forecast accuracy, and overall pipeline health
Maintain a strong in-office presence to drive pace, urgency, and accountability
Monitor individual and team performance metrics, providing structured feedback and managing performance plans as needed
Ensure reps multi-thread effectively across customer organizations and engage the right stakeholders
Partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve outcomes
Build a high-performance culture. Foster ownership, urgency, learning, and resilience
Handle ad-hoc projects/initiatives for the sales organization
Qualification
Required
3 - 4 years of B2B sales experience
Sales and Revenue oriented
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline generation or quota targets, both individually and as a leader
Strong ability to coach SDRs on effective outreach, messaging, and qualification techniques
Demonstrated capability to build relationships with middle management and senior stakeholders
Experienced building Sales Playbooks and Decks
Strong deal coaching, pipeline management skills, daily metrics management and cadence
Comfort getting deeply involved in deals when it matters
Ability to multi-thread complex customer organizations
Willingness to be in the office 3+ days per week and help build a strong local sales culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ambitious, career-driven, passionate and hit the ground running
