Organized Purchasing Alliance is a leading consulting and administrative company in the foodservice industry, and they are seeking an Entry Level Validation candidate to gain experience interacting with manufacturers. The main responsibility will be validating products from various distributors and providing administrative support to the program management staff as needed.

Main responsibility will be validating products from various distributors as they come in to data analytics. You will compare and validate information from distributor’s data files received daily and update information in our internal database
Provide administrative support to the program management staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Comfortable answering the office phone as needed and directing the call to the appropriate person
Being detail oriented with the ability to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
Preferred
Recent college graduate
Beginner-intermediate Excel skills
