The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for running projects from permit issuance through final inspection, focusing on scheduling, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and job-site control.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential and light-commercial projects simultaneously
Develop and maintain realistic project schedules
Prepare scopes of work, bid packages, and subcontract agreements
Coordinate and manage subcontractors across all trades
Issue, track, and manage change orders and approvals
Coordinate inspections and close-out documentation
Maintain clear project documentation and communication
Be present on job sites as needed to resolve issues early
Lead and mentor junior PMs / field coordinators
Act as Project Manager for Langley’s warehouse and office build-out
Qualification
Required
7+ years of construction project management or operations experience
Residential and/or light-commercial construction background
Strong understanding of scopes, sequencing, bidding, and inspections
Comfortable with contract administration and project documentation
Calm, organized, and accountable leadership style
Ability to manage multiple projects without constant oversight
Preferred
Formal degrees or certifications are a plus, but real-world experience and judgment are more important
