Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally
Schedule and dispatch service plumbers efficiently
Communicate clearly with customers, plumbers, and internal teams
Help resolve customer questions related to scheduling, invoicing, or service
Use computer systems to create invoices and support daily operations
Be a team player who keeps things organized and running smoothly
Qualification
Required
