Business Development Partner
Brunel Coatings develops advanced marine coating systems and is seeking a senior business development partner to establish their first anchor customers in North America. The role requires leveraging existing relationships in the marine sector to originate and advance commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
Leverage your existing relationships with shipyards, fleet operators, vessel owners, or marine industrial decision makers
Originate and advance commercial opportunities from introduction through contract execution
Identify and prioritize high value early adopter accounts
Work directly with the founder on deal strategy and account targeting
Represent Brunel Coatings professionally with senior technical and commercial stakeholders
Operate independently and credibly without heavy oversight
Qualification
Required
Existing network of relevant decision makers in the marine sector
Ability to convert relationships into signed contracts
Experience selling into shipyards, fleet operators, vessel owners, or related marine and industrial customers
Understanding of decision-making processes in the marine sector
Ability to start serious conversations without starting from scratch
Comfortable with variable compensation and longer sales cycles
High degree of autonomy in work
Based in the US or Canada
