Responsibilities
Define and implement a long-term technology roadmap that unifies modernization, scalability, and AI-driven innovation
Partner with the President and other senior executives (CEO, CCO, CMO, CPO, etc.) to ensure technology directly supports growth, compliance, and client outcomes
Evaluate and operationalize emerging technologies -AI/ML, blockchain, cloud, and cybersecurity-to deliver enterprise agility and competitive differentiation
Champion a cohesive technology culture across internal teams, third-party vendors, and fintech collaborators
Serve as the primary architect of C2P’s AI and data transformation strategy, ensuring enterprise-wide adoption and measurable business impact - while driving strategy, education, and deployment
Build data-driven insights and automation that enhance operations, decision-making, and product innovation
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance in all systems and workflows
Manage mission-critical financial platforms, including trading, payments, and compliance systems
Drive cloud strategy, infrastructure resilience, and business continuity
Partners with compliance and risk teams to exceed cybersecurity and privacy standards
Lead a hybrid technology organization—integrating internal teams, contractors, and fintech partners
Responsible for multi-platform architecture across multiple business units and acquisitions
Develop future technology leaders and instill a culture of growth focused on collaboration and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
15+ years of technology leadership in financial services, banking, or fintech
Experience leading modernization, digital transformation, and post-merger platform integration
Strong expertise in AI/ML, automation, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data analytics
Proven ability to connect technology to business growth and client outcomes
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
