Mid, Senior LevelSwirl Metal Finishes is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations. The Payroll Manager will ensure accurate and timely processing of employee wages, manage payroll taxes and compliance, and handle employee inquiries related to payroll.

Oversee payroll operations
Ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages
Handling payroll taxes and compliance
Managing garnishments and benefits deductions
Maintaining payroll records
Identifying process improvements
Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Providing support to the employees regarding payroll-related inquiries
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management
Knowledge of managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
Understanding of Employee Benefits and their integration with payroll systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
Experience in a managerial or supervisory payroll position is a plus
