Product Solutions Manager, Data & AI – Vice President
Women in Data® is part of JPMorgan Chase & Co., a leading financial institution. They are seeking a Product Solutions Manager to guide data and AI platform strategy, optimize problem-solving, and create customer-centric solutions within the Commercial & Investment Bank.
Responsibilities
Partners with LOB leadership to ensure each LOB has a clear, prioritized book of work for platform – ensuring focus on the most impactful opportunities
Leads end-to-end solution design for the LOB use cases in collaboration with platform product managers and engineers to combine existing and new capabilities
Leverages extensive knowledge of data platforms, data mesh architecture, and data lake technologies to manage the strategic development of end-to-end product solution strategies and processes
Partners with business, technology, and sales teams to advise on strategic platform adoption, contributes to the development of enablement materials and training, and oversees responses to strategic platform requests
Manages the collection of stakeholder feedback and oversees the delivery of actionable insights to Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
Promotes the adoption of data & AI standards, common file formats, and interoperability across data lakes and warehouses
Champions platform convergence, reusability, and scalability to maximize business impact
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise leading and developing data platform solutions across multiple teams and products
Extensive experience facilitating platform adoption, optimizing strategies and processes for data mesh, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems
Demonstrable experience structuring and delivering complex analytical and AI solutions for business problems using modern data architectures
Proven track record implementing data platforms at scale, including experience or equivalent expertise with technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS
Strong stakeholder management, and facilitation skills—comfortable engaging C-level leaders and technical teams
Preferred
Familiarity with open data standards, common file formats, and open table formats
