Responsibilities
Own and execute full-funnel growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, and retention
Lead experimentation and testing programmes to continuously improve performance
Analyse customer and campaign data to identify growth levers and optimise conversion and LTV
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Creative teams to align growth with product strategy
Build and maintain dashboards tracking core KPIs (CAC, LTV, activation, retention)
Optimise channel mix and budget allocation to scale efficiently and sustainably
Contribute to strategic growth planning with senior leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years' experience in growth, performance, or lifecycle marketing within fintech, SaaS, or high-growth tech
Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and engagement through data-driven strategies
Strong analytical capability and experience with experimentation frameworks
Deep understanding of digital channels (paid social, search, CRM/email, content, partnerships)
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
