Required

Inside Sales experience with a focus on lead generation and managing the sales process effectively
Proven ability in customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Experience in account management, managing existing accounts, and fostering long-term client relationships
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales metrics

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
