Client Services Representative

Responsibilities
Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for client inquiries via phone and email, addressing requests or directing them to the appropriate corporate agent
Assist agents with updating CRM, production reports, complete extra help applications, and schedule appointments
Manage agent calendars, schedule client meetings, and prepare meeting materials, including scope of appointments, client data sheets, and presentation packets
Maintain and update client information and documentation in the CRM system with accuracy and confidentiality
Ensure all operational procedures and documentation comply with industry regulations and standards
Proactively track and follow up on pending items and client issues in a timely and efficient manner
