Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing engineering organization, including other managers and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth

Set the long-term technical goal, strategy, and architectural direction for partner and operations solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex, scalable software solutions across multiple teams, ensuring quality, timeliness, and operational robustness

Partner with and influence leaders in Product, UX, Operations, and partner teams to define requirements, shape strategy, and ensure impactful outcomes

Advocate best practices in software development, system design, and reliability, driving innovation and maintaining high standards for technical quality and system health

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

8 years of experience in software development

5 years of experience in a technical leadership role

5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role

Preferred

Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

5 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization
